Online works with LAN networks, tested that with brother, we can create fake LAN with help of hamachi I believe Requires some testing though...

But no easy online options like in nfsw I guess .. we would have to organize a match

True true, told ya it's not a very new game, but I believe we can have fun, and maybe find some group of people that also play this on web...
I found forums, on Russian language though, and it's said that none Flatout version works with GameSpy anymore, so they use Tunngle instead... Gotta try that myself...

Just try hamachi...should do the job.

Well you register a Tunngle account, login, enter Tunngle lobby, then search for Flatout room , join it, start the game...multiplayer LAN, join game, and have fun...

I see, I allready made acount. So there is a lobby in tunngle, and when you say multipl Lan you mean in the game not in tunngle, i supose

This one looks worth trying, will go try it out myself...

Ok I had a chance to test it and here's what I can say:
Good side >>>
You can build your own robot and you get more parts than you had in robot rage;
Multiplayer has team mode up to 5 versus 5 players and seems not to have p2p connection type like RR had a.k.a guess everyone can play vs everyone out there;
2 maps even in beta stage.

Bad side >>>
You gotta aim with your mouse( at least I hate doing that);
Fight round time limit is 5 minutes(well maybe it's not so bad, but draws might happen more often);
Maps are too large if you go 1 versus 1(you may never find your opponent).

Sounds pretty good, I'll look into it more.

Closed beta is over, GUNS AND ROBOTS open beta is out, hope that means more people online...

Edit: Now there are round 20 players online at a time, but they removed force start button, so game only starts when each team has 4 players, pretty fun made star 1 to star 3 today, but only earned 2000 cash when all the weapons cost tens of thousands and best even hundreds of thousands...

Ok there's update every day so far, only team match is available and battle auto starts when 2 vs 2, 3 vs 3 , 4 vs 4 or 5 vs 5 players in each team, depending on total player amount online, is pretty fun I made it to 5 stars, but only got 8000 coins, cheapest weapon is 15k, but I want a laser that doesn't have ammunition expenses and bad laser costs 30k, am not crazy enough to go for good laser cuz it's 100k and like couple of months playing lol...
Amount of coins you get per battle depends on damage you do, so with better weapons you can earn credits faster.
GUNS AND ROBOTS is worth trying

Edit: just found something weird on the forums, if you use those 3 characters in a row "<<<" and insert some text after them without space, message goes like "<<" with no text, using a space bar, behind "<<<" appears normal.
